Bosc Pear 是一種梨，梨皮是黃褐色，就是設計者用的這兩種顏色， 我想這就是披肩名字的由來, 名字起的還真挺簡單的。

我好像最近很喜歡這類顏色，最近織的KNUS就是這個色系。還有我挑選樣子時，首選簡單又好看還好織的，最主要是還實用，哎，沒辦法，懶人一個。

要說的是， 在這款圖解編織要用到的英文說明解釋里， 我加了中文說明，可以方便想要織的朋友們。

Size:

?(150 cm) wingspan and 20" (50 cm) deep in the widest point.

Materials

- yarn: 1 skein of Wolle's Yarn Creations Color Changing Cotton, 100 gram;
or 480 yds / 440 m of other fingering weight yarn;
- US6 / 4.0 mm needle;

- stitch markers.

Gauge

20 sts x 32 rows=10 x 10 cm in St.st, blocked.
Gauge is not crucial for this project but different gauges give different finished sizes and may need more yarn to complete the project.


Abbreviations－－符號說明：
k: knit－－織下針
p: purl－－織上針
yo: yarn over－－繞線加1針
k2tog: knit 2 sts together－－正針2并1
kfb: knit into the front and back loops the same st －－在同1針里從前后各織1針

k tbl: knit st through the back loop－－下針從后面織

k2tog tbl: knit 2 sts together through the back loops－－從后面織下針2 并1

sl1 wyib, k2, psso: slip one with the yarn in back, k2, pass slipped st over the k2 －－把線放在后面然后滑1針，織2針下針，然后把滑的1針套收過去（就是3并1）

pm: place marker－－放標記環(huán)

sm: slip marker－－滑過標記環(huán)

St.st: stockinette stitch－－全平針
RS: right side－－正面
WS: wrong side－－反面
CO: cast-on－－起針
BO: bind off－－收針
RH: right hand－－右手
LH: left hand －－左手

Pattern notes

Shawl is easily customizable by adding or taking away body repeats.
All RS and WS rows are charted. Read odd rows from right to left, read even rows from left to right. Pattern repeats are outlined in red, markers’ place shown in blue.
Work all WS rows for Shawl Body as: LE, sm, k1, purl until 2 sts from end, yo, k2.

Instructions

Left Edge (LE):
Row 1 (RS): k1, yo2, k2.?

Row 2 (WS): k3, p1, k1.?

Row 3: k1, k1 tbl, k3.
Row 4: BO 2 sts knitwise, k2.

Set up rows

CO 3 sts.
Row 1 (RS): kfb, k2 (4 sts)?

Row 2 (WS): k1, kfb, k2 (5 sts)?

Row 3: k2, yo, k3 (6 sts)
Row 4: k3, p1, yo, k2 (7 sts)

Row 5: k2, yo, k2, pm, Row 1 of LE.
Row 6: Row 2 of LE, sm, k1, p2, yo, k2.

Row 7: k2, yo, k2, k2tog, sm, Row 3 of LE.?

Shawl Body

(Continue as established with corresponding rows of Left Edge starting with Row 1)?Row 1-19 (RS): k2, yo, knit until 2 sts from marker, k2tog, sm, LE.

Row 2 and all WS rows: LE, sm, k1, purl until 2 sts from end, yo, k2.

Row 21, 27, 33: k2, yo, k1, [sl1 wyib, k2, psso, yo] - repeat until 2 sts from marker, k2tog, sm, LE.

Row 23, 29, 35: k2, yo, k1, [sl1 wyib, k2, psso, yo] - repeat until 3 sts from marker, k1, k2tog, sm, LE.

Row 25, 31: k2, yo, k1, [sl1 wyib, k2, psso, yo] - repeat until 4 sts from marker, k2, k2tog, sm, LE.

Work Rows 1-36 six (6) times more (One shawl body repeat = 9 repeats of Left Edge).
Then, work Rows 25-30 two (2) times and Rows 25-26 once, ending with WS row and Row 2 of Left Edge.?

Garter edge
Rows 1, 3,(RS): k2, yo, knit until 2 sts from marker, k2tog, sm, LE.

Rows 2, 4 (WS): LE, sm, knit until 2 sts from end, yo, k2.
Row 5 (RS): knit until 2 sts from marker, k2tog, sm, LE.


Bind off

1. Picot BO

Loosely BO knitwise in the WS row as follows: BO 5 sts, remove marker, *slip stitch remaining on RH needle onto LH needle, CO 2 sts (using cable CO or backward loop CO), BO 8 sts* - repeat from * to * until all sts have been bound off.

2. Non-picot stretchy BO

BO knitwise in the WS row as follows: k1, *k1, transfer the 2 sts to the left needle, k2tog tbl* - repeat from * to * until all sts have been bound off.

Finishing and blocking

Weave in yarn ends; trim after blocking.
Soak shawl in lukewarm water (with soap for fiber if desired) for 10-15 minutes. Rinse and roll in towel to get rid of excess water. Pin out on clean sheet or blocking board using pins and/or blocking wires. Let dry and unpin when dry.?
